These terms govern your use of bistromistralhouston.com (the "site"), operated by Bistro Mistral. They cover the website itself and any orders, reservations, or messages you send through it. Dining at our restaurants is governed by ordinary hospitality conventions and applicable law — not this document.

Acceptance

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; we will post the revised version with a new "last updated" date.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its normal operation. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information through any form.
  • Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Send unsolicited or automated requests (scraping, brute-force, denial-of-service).
  • Use the site to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

Online ordering

When online ordering is enabled, orders placed through the site are processed by Square and routed to the kitchen of the location you selected. Once an order is sent to the kitchen it cannot be edited through the website — please call the restaurant directly for any changes:

Payments are charged at the time the order is placed. Refunds for mistakes on our side are issued promptly. Refunds for canceled orders are at our discretion if cancellation is requested after the kitchen has begun preparation.

Reservations

Reservations are managed through OpenTable and are subject to OpenTable's terms and any cancellation/no-show policies displayed at booking. If you can't make your reservation, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible — cancel through OpenTable or call the restaurant directly.

Menus, pricing, and availability

Menu items, prices, and availability shown on the site are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change at any time without notice. Seasonal items, daily specials, and supply-driven dishes may not be available on a given day. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; the price shown on the menu page is informational and authoritative pricing is set at the point of sale.

Allergens and dietary information

We make reasonable efforts to identify common allergens, but our kitchens prepare a wide range of dishes in shared spaces. We cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of any allergen. If you have a serious food allergy, please tell us when you order or sit down so our team can guide you and take appropriate precautions. We will do our best, but we cannot eliminate all risk.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, copy, branding, design, recipes — is owned by Bistro Mistral or licensed to us. You may link to the site and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but please don't republish, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services (Square, OpenTable, HighLevel, Google, Cloudflare) and may link to outside websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services or sites — please review their own terms.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bistro Mistral and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us through the site in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
